ORDER ISSUES: If you have a problem with your order please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Email: CustomByEstee@gmail.com
SHIPPING: CBE ships every Mon Wed & Fri. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we will not be able to change it after your order is placed.
TEXT SUBSCRIPTION: If you place an order with your phone number, your number will automatically be added to our weekly text program. If you decide you do not want to be subscribed, simply reply with STOP and you will get taken off the text list.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Once items are shipped, all sales are final. Unless its an issue from us we will not be able top accept returns and/or exchanges.
ORDERS THAT SAY DELIVERED AND ARE NOT: Please contact USPS and file a lost package claim. CBE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We also can not assist you in filing a service request for the lost package.
